In the early 2000s his pop-rock band (Summersalt) released an album through Universal Music leading to a few chart-toppers on South African national radio and a music video on MTV. This opened doors for festivals, tours, and so on and so forth. Stomper now writes and collaborates in a variety of genres specifically aimed at placement in international films and series.
